# Blocklist

## Overview

Blocklist is an anti-spam tool that allows users to prevent specific phone numbers from connecting to their IVR applications.

At present, Blocklist only works with Plum Dev. Support for Plum Fuse is under development.

Plum Dev users can contact their [Plum Account Manager](mailto:accountmanagement@plumgroup.com) to obtain access to Blocklist.

Users can access Blocklist via the [web portal](/blocklist/blocklist-web-portal.md), or by using the [Blocklist API](/blocklist/blocklist-api.md).
