Blocklist Web Portal

Overview

Blocklist is an anti-spam tool that allows users to prevent specific phone numbers from connecting to their IVR applications.

At present, Blocklist only works with Plum Dev. Support for Plum Fuse is under development.

Plum Dev users can contact their Plum Account Manager to obtain access to Blocklist.

The Blocklist web portal address is: https://blocklist.plumvoice.com/#/login

Once the new user account is created, users will receive an email with an activation link. At this time, users set a password to complete the account setup process.

Upon logging in to Blocklist, users' initial view is of a list of blocked numbers.
