Function

Comments allow respondents to leave open-ended responses that may not be covered by other survey questions.

For web surveys, a textbox will be displayed for the respondent. On phone surveys, a call recording will capture the respondent's comments in an audio file.

Users can automatically transcribe audio recorded by the Comment question type.
