The web section contains all of the settings related to the user experience when taking a survey online.

Use Custom Stylesheet

This setting determines whether your survey utilizes a custom CSS stylesheet or the built-in CSS stylesheet. By default, this is set to “No,” which styles your survey based on the built-in CSS stylesheet. Choosing “Yes” generates 2 additional buttons. Click on the “Base CSS” link to download the CSS structure utilized by the survey tool. Use the Base CSS to fully customize the look and feel of your survey. Click on the “Upload File” button to upload your new CSS stylesheet. To view your custom stylesheet after uploading it, click on the “View CSS” link to download the stylesheet. Click on the red X button to delete your current stylesheet.

Link Only: The survey tool sends end users to a completion page for a survey that provides a link to the Exit URL.

After 5 Seconds: The survey tool directs end users to a completion page for 5 seconds before automatically redirecting them to the Exit URL.

Immediately: The survey tool does not direct end users to a completion page and immediately redirects them to the Exit URL.

Upload Logo

This allows you to upload a custom logo that displays while end users take the survey. By default, this value is empty. You can remove your custom logo by clicking on the red X button to the right of the image. The maximum width of the logo is 460px. There is no maximum height. Images larger than 460px in width will be shrunk to that size.

Exit URL
